When it comes to activities along the line of programming / studying mathematics:

Quitting caffiene was much harder than nicotine and the withdrawals are worse. At least the benefits of nicotine stay tangible regardless of how long you sustain your dependence on it. Caffeine really is a shit tier drug once tolerance develops and use is habitual.
