>>14074503I have aphantasia. Aphantasia is mental blindness. I can't think in images, I can't see images. So, in my head, I only think in words.
Because of this, I can't answer those "rotate the shape" questions because I can't imagine the shape to begin with.
Second, I am not a first language speaker of English, so I don't know the ABCDEF... sequence which this test had a lot.
So I flunked two types of questions instantly: (rotate the shape) and (the sequence for those letters is...). I didn't bother even trying, because I can't imagine the shapes and I don't know the letter sequence.
I scored 20, which converts to 92 per the chart.
My IQ irl was tested at 97.
My Norway Mensa IQ was tested at 97 too.
My Openpsychometrics IQ test was tested at 97. The openpsychometrics IQ test said I have 92 spatial IQ (I can't imagine anything spatially due to mental blindness), 108 verbal IQ and 109 memory IQ.
However, I am studying to become a pharmacist. I am a university student, and my academic performance is actually good.
I wish I could imagine things in my head...
