Well depends, if you think that a free will is just choosing arbitrary actions that arise from nothing then no you don't have one. But that's retarded, that doesn't compile in human logic anyways --- well unless you have a short circuited schizo brain.
What i would propose to be free will is when you are given a set of actions and you can, by some heuristic you---and in essence the world---has/have learnt throughout the billions of years of its existence calculate the what in your opinion is the action with the optimal outcome according to some criteria and execute it
