Relativistic kill vehicle

Are they even feasible ?
Lets see shooting to another star and hitting a planet is extremely unlikely, its a astronomical chance of hitting even 1 planet even if you shoot billions of them every year.

You can not correct their course with a on board computer because after reaching relativistic speeds correcting the trajectory with on board fuel is extremely hard if not impractical / unfeasible .

Most of the time they will explode themselves on asteroids in the oort cloud.

Also would building a defense be ultra easy ? Surround your planet with asteroids / rocks.

This can even be a natural process of developing in space we have satellites would a Relativistic kill vehicle not explode itself on colliding with a satellite ? At these speeds they should disintegrate one another.... And future space development can have bigger orbiting platforms around the planet.

Also can a Relativistic kill vehicle even penetrate the atmosphere ? Or will it explode itself on the atmosphere and turn into plasma ? Same like a fast moving bullet exploding itself on hitting the water.
