All she needs to know is "does the law allow the government to check matters of your private healthcare to see if you meet conditions for which employment may be contingent upon"...COVID itself is irrelevant for that question. We could be talking about medical implant chips that alert others if you're sick for instance. Same legal question.
These liberal shit for brains are about to make a precedent that will allow the government to mandate you getting medically implanted chips in 20 years and their justification is that COVID is pretty scary so the law that is already written must allow it....its mind boggling.
