Got my booster shot today, had me thinking:
The vaccine gets injected into the intercellual matrix, how does the mRNA get into the cell? Whats the transport mechanism?
Also does it mean that only the cells in my arm nearby the injection sote are producing corona shaped protiens? Does the mRNA 'diffuse' to other areas or the effect is localised and the proteins then transported via the bloodstream? How do they move around?
