smooth brain here, i'm wondering if there's any risk of the core of our planet cooling down due to geothermal power?

i don't know if that question is on par with "solar energy will suck power from the sun" but if all our energy needs now and forever were powered by geothermal energy; would that in any way affect our cores temperature?

Theoretically that's exactly what geothermal energy does, there's a limited amount of energy in the core which slowly leaks out trough the crust, if you stick bunch of pipes in then that accelerates the progress.
Practically of course there's nearly unlimited amount of heat considering the rate of extraction, we are talking about an energy source that could power the entire human civilization (not just the fraction of a percent it actually powers) for hundreds of thousands of years.

Of course that's not to say there aren't any negative consequences, it can cool the area locally which could cause anything from micro quakes to reduced effectiveness of nearby geothermal plants. But again on any practical scale geothermal is free and there's infinite amount of energy down there, with the only limit being the rate of extraction.

That is much dumber question, solar panels obviously can't effect the sun in any way.

But yeah, it could happen if deep geothermal would be implemented on a massive scale i guess.

The amount of power we will consume will likely increase over time though.

Not according to quantum mechanics.
Solar panels act as a king of measurement on the photon emitted by the Sun.
It's possible for the photon 'measured' by the solar panel to instead have been measured by the inside of the Sun instead, thereby having retained its heat.
Without solar panels covering the ground, the ground doesn't measure the Sun's photons nearly as well as a solar panel does.

The amount of energy is finite, of course; everything is finite. The timescale we are looking at is when the Earth itself becomes too irradiated to support human life. That's supposed to be 500 million years in the future. Reason: the sun, which is contracting and getting hotter as it runs out of hydrogen and the helium (and heavier elements) sink into its core.
Mind you, we might be able to counter that by putting an orbital ring around the Earth's equator. But if we can do that we can probably redirect some sunlight for even MOAR energy. So we won't even need the geothermal anymore.
tl;dr - geothermal looks great until we build the orbital ring, pull most humans into habitats around the Solar System, and turn the Earth into Pleistocene Park for visitors.
