Wile E Coyote cannot kill Bugs or Roadrunner because he uses actual physics and math to capture prey; whereas roadrunner and bugs bunny have hammer space, situational omniscience, and are only susceptible to toon physics. Therefore he cannot win.

This is why every other physics professor uses him as an example at one point or another for his freshman courses.
