Covid permanently fucks up young healthy people at much higher rates than complications from any vaccine. It's not like death is the only bad outcome.
I'm also 35, not fat, but I have had MS for several years, and I'm on immunomodulatory medication to stop my immune system from eating my brain and spinal cord. It doesn't make me more prone to infections, but might need an elephant's dose of methylprednisone (immunosuppressive) anytime, I can end up in the hospital anytime, and I might need to switch to different, heavily immunosuppressive medication anytime.
