Say theoretically if you could have a perfect mirror inside of a compressed tube and compressed light into a "liquid" inside of it, could you make light go faster than lightspeed?

Much like water if you compress it enough it becomes a solid. If you had a perfect mirrored box and compressed it with light inside I theorize it would pretty much compress the same as long as the air is taken out with a vacuum first.

A liquid's flow velocity must increase if when flow area is reduced but mass flow rate remains constant.
If light can flows are analogous to fluid flows, perhaps it can be made to flow faster.
