Biology is ate up with personality cults. If a certain person says something, IT IS FUCKING LAW. No debate can be had and if someone proves that person wrong, why, the person proving the more famous person wrong must be a traitor to science! Not to mention corporations are in total control of all "data" gathered in the life sciences so they can keep telling everyone that every single thing destructive to the environment is actually a part of this complete breakfast.
