What do you mean exactly without using itself? You can't make it rational without using the number 123456789.

For example, sqrt(2)^6 = 8

You just used that number because 6 = 123456789 * (2/41152263)

Maybe another way of wording it is, I want to find the simplest link between pi and natural numbers that allows for one to represent it as a simple equation without the need for remembering infinite constants.
