Degrees are even shittier now that I think about them. It's not only that we're using 365 for days of the year, but we're rounding down to 360 to fit a base 60 system with intercalary days, then we're using that as the basis for measuring turns (1/360), but because we're from a civilisation that uses (mostly) base 10 for our number system, we're then writing multiples of that 1/(6*60 + 5 - 5) in decimal! So we're taking an angle that could be expressed as simply as "5/14", and turning it into "128.571428571...". This is not ok and I don't use it.
