Yes, in your limbs there's only: skin, fat, meat, bones and the related blood vessels, nerves, tendons
It's not uncommon to also eat internal organs tho, like: liver, heart

Pasta, ice cream, beef, fast food. All made by machine or disgruntled worker. Where is the variety? In Guangzhou you can find any type of meat any type of mushroom any type of vegetable. If you are poor you get the shittier meat that's been sitting out for days. If you are rich you get the good meat from privileged ethnic minority like Tibetan yak. No USDA approval required. Get tough American faggot
