Is it true? I'm not into science at all but one thing I hate is when you watch a movie with someone about a scientist and they're like

and then you ask them what that scientist actually discovered and they've got no clue - they're just 'good' because they're 'good'. Yet, when I look up Einstein's relativity of time it just sounds retarded and I've got no idea how even a normie can tell everyone it's amazing, can someone explain it to me and if it's the definitive answer in science or if it's just normies screeching
