>>14051282This is why these systems are designed for every single part to be checked and re-checked every hour or so by several different individuals, to maintain several layers of redundancy just in case someone forgot something, then an inspector missed it, and the second inspector missed it, and the third inspector missed it, and the fourth inspector missed it, and the fifth inspector missed it, and the sixth inspector missed it, etc. In which case, if somehow every individual inspector missed it, they'd have a chance to catch it again in the next hourly inspection (which would probably get tightened to "minutely inspections" as the launch nears).
