You fundamentally can’t. Women do great in STEM when they’re in college but Industry is a tedious meat grinder that chews women up and spits them out. Men are typically the only ones that can handle the banality of designing 3000 different types of screws or doing the same lab work over and over in complete isolation.

Kill the marketing industry.

Their control over the media is polluting the minds of young girls to be interested primarily in consumer products such as
- celebrities
- fashion
- makeup and style
- disney / princess 'culture' (in the US)

We need to ban advertising to children, including 'integrated advertsing' like product placements.

I have 4 daughters and have actively discouraged all of them from entering academia.
