Do black people commit disproportionately more crime in other countries such as china?
The answer is no.
The reason behind this statistic is that black people are basically screwed over by soceity and relegated to an impovershed underclass by the remnants of segregation and jim crow.
For instance, crime among african immigrants is significantly lower than white people on average, and thus, if this were genetic, your point would be mute.
Think of it this way OP, if you were born to no money, living in a neighboorhood with lead in the water supply (which increases aggression and suppresses IQ), and your mother had to work long hours to support you, and, under the strain of long hours working a shitty job is less availaible to you, and is maybe even abusive to you, then you'll develop into a child more likely to see violence as a tool because its been used upon you. This creates a cycle of abuse, which has probably permiated since slavery.
Therefore, it is sociological factors of poverty, horrible living condititions and terrible education/nutirion that lead to increased violence.
This cycle also is compounded by racism against black people by people in positions of power, such as teachers, and employers, who trust black people less, and therefore they get less of the benefit of the doubt, and in order to excel they must work much harder and never make mistakes.
This means fewer black people are able to escape poverty and move up in society. Why do you think that black people are over represented in music, the arts, sports, and creative roles? The reason is that those fields have fewer gate keepers and have an objective positive appeal to others. This allows for a level playing field, and because of the elite artists and athletes having to already overcome shitty conditions, they are more likely to be able to overcome other challenges, such as an opposing team, or creative block.
