This thread is for discussion and sharing of resources on transforming into a worm-human hybrid supersoldier, and perhaps even to summon the architect of this program himself: the Wormed One. The so-called Galahad program is to replace one's red blood cells with the erythrocruorin found in earthworms, leading to a dramatic increase in oxygen carrying capacity. The erythrocruorin could also be reconstituted so that the iron is substituted for other transition metals, with varying effects.
These modifications can yield numerous enhancements to athletic ability, such as
>endurance enhancement
>blood loss resistance
>enhanced metabolic efficiency
>carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide poisoning immunity
>low oxygen atmosphere resistance
>low-temperature performance
