If you're a fan of Cosmos I suggest you also watch The Ascent of Man. Some topics overlap, for example both series talk about Pythagoras and Ptolemy. However, where Sagan (either in bad faith or not) makes extremely shallow and reddit tier analysis, Bronowski offers a much more nuanced and mature take.
