This but Nizoral shampoo has the same mode of action as finasteride. Get 1% because 2% isn't approved for an off-label use. Breezula MIGHT be approved with a year or two. By 30 anyone should have enough savings to afford decent hair grafts.

You can get a cheap (and really well made) hair transplant in Turkey. Other than that go for Finasteride (does really work) to save your hair and recover some of what you've lost.

In Canada, I talked to a hair transplant surgeon and he said the hair on the back of my head was also too thin for a transplant to happen.
