home alone with sister for the weekend and not one hour later she already invites her bf over which she isnt allowed too and they are already having sex like rabbits all over the house (even parents bed) they think im sleeping but the noises keep me from sleeping

any ways to somehow make the noise coming into my room stop? blankets under doorway? i cant fall asleep with headphones as they are not comfortable
