You believe so thoroughly in causality that your faith in it will prevent you from cutting your own arm off. You already believe that your actions have consequences to such a degree that you operate in ways to avoid the negative ones.
If you truly believe that causality doesn't exist, then there's no such thing as murder or rape, just dead people and angsty women. You also believe that shooting yourself in the face won't cause you any inconvenience.
