I don't have any good sources for this, but I've noticed my long term diet and exercise noticably affects my eyesight. Cut out sugars and fast foods, eat veggies, and start talking long walks around the neighborhood. I'm quite certain there's scientific literature out there that talks about how blood pressure can affect your vision. When I started running 3x a week, I got sharper vision after a couple months, but it disappeared after Covid Lockdowns made me lazy again. Food for thought, good luck OP
