The expanding universe draws galaxy groups apart from each other. All of the stars in our constellations are gravitationally bound to our own galaxy, so they won't be separated by the expansion of the universe.
That said, they are all moving around anyway, The constellations change completely every ~10,000 years.
It will take much longer than that, incidentally, for the expansion of the universe to move galaxies around enough to significantly change their position in the sky.
