What the google guy is saying is that all your relevant behavior can be simulated on a classical computer even though you're made up atoms, electrons, etc. which require quantum mechanics to explain.

All of his behavior can be simulated using a classical computer. In fact, all of his behavior is very easy to simulate, and doesn't require simulating any brain at all. He thus concludes that this is true about everyone else as well, since he can't tell apart humans from NPCs -- that's just not part of his ridumentary AI.

That's not "the real question", we already know that the behavior of classical computers cannot be predicted (in all possible cases) by classical computers, without actually running the program in question to see what happens.

lol quantum mechanics are only required for explaining a single electron or photon, not atoms, and definitely not extremely large systems such as cells or even an entire brain
