Electrosynthesis. It's a very strange sort of cross over between battery chemistry and organic synthesis. Seems like a stretch but there is literature. Just a lot of redox chemistry but it's application to synthesis is interesting to me.

Also flow chemistry is pretty cool from what little I've read, but it might be kind of a fanciful concept at this point in time. Not sure myself.

I'll add that what's kind of cool about synthetic electrochemistry is that it seems new but it really isn't all that new.
