For the MHRA numbers those are the Yellow Card values. They're the start of, not the end of, the investigation. Just because someone dies shortly after the vaccine has been administered, does not mean the vaccine was the cause, but it should be investigated.
The injury numbers include things like headaches, malaise and swollen glands though, generally pretty minor.

I'm assuming the VAERS is similar?

While there is obvious collusion aspects in CDC and FDA, the problem extends far beyond them. Revolving door is getting paid after leaving a position. A solution like disallowing someone to work for a certain list of companies does not stop the madness. Even if they can't bring you on or make some umbrella corporation to bypass the rule, they can just pay stupid amount of money for booking the corrupt official at a speaking event, they can buy one of your sons NFTs for millions of dollars, etc. The solution can't be cat and mouse.
