Icebergs dont have salt, they form in saltwater but they're composed of freshwater because salt has a lower freezing point. Essentially the buoyancy causes a large amount of the iceberg's volume to remain above the water, especially with ice sheets. Also theres a fuckton of land icebergs which haven't melted yet and they'll 100% contribute to sea rise.
