>>14032159Either there's a global scam with the flu tests causing them to give false negatives, or other factors made the difference, i.e. pre-existing immunity to influenza, being out-competed by covid, being less airborne and less contagious than covid (masks will work incredibly well against influenza if it tends to spread through large droplets rather than aerosols), flu's seasonality was disturbed by disrupted international travel, etc.
