I'm not even attracted to traps but the Roman Emperors are actually a pretty large experimental group for men that have literally no restraints, so what conclusions about male sexuality and psychology can we take away from them? Or are the Roman Emperors not a proper experimental group you can draw conclusions from? I will say it seems like the gayer ones are those that grew up with much more decadent upbringings that didn't need to struggle much if at all to become Emperor.
