How close are we to being able to sculpt and craft flesh like putty? It seems with modern plastic surgery combined with current advancements in stem cell research (and possibility of “tissue grafting”) we have reached the point where we can begin undergo horrible (but fascinating) flesh transformations in the name of science.

Any particular limitations you know of? Any prediction for the field that you have foresight of? I’m quite curious to hear your thoughts
