Hello, /sci/. I've an issue when i'm trying to read/do something that requires concentration; i just can't focus on the task per se because my mind starts annoying me with other aspects of my life, or induces me the need of eating a snack or watch videos with my phone. I recently bombed two test and i'm getting really frustated. Do you happen to now some ways to improve my concentration, specially when solving math problems, reading books? how can i train my mind before its too late and prevent getting dumber and dumber?
