>>14023293It's actually an administrative problem, not a professional problem. When governments rely on pools of money and those pools of money require obedience to their protocols, the government just obeys them mindlessly.
And then when think tanks are in each others pockets, they're susceptible to loops of thought and ignorance of actual criticism.
Then they're further tainted by agencies that manipulate them from within to the detriment of the nations that blindly follow them. Oh and when your government is in a lot of debt... you can see where I'm going there.
Oh and when that debt is deliberately lit by monetary fuckery by a certain totalitarian state...
