1 orange a day will cover vit C, and getting some sunlight will cover vit D
but you could get multivitamins too
omega 3 supplements should also help, or alternatively eat shrimp / clams / caviar (not fish, as the mercury will make it worse)
you cam get protein from chicken, or milk if you can tolerate it. alternatively get protein powder. (tofu is gonna mess with your hormones)
also lose some weight by eating at a calory defecit. eat more rice cakes to keep you full at low cal
also consider some foods that raise red blood count, you could be anemic
and ofc do some excercise at home
keep a window sometimes for fresh air, and clean your nose so you can breath in more easily
as for agression, don't fap, that'll raise testosterone a little
there are testosterone supplements, but it's prob not a good idea
sugary drinks give energy (like coka cola), but are high in calories, so only drink sometimes
and caffene (coffee / energy drinks) will also give a temporary boost, but you'll feel worse afterwords
find things you enjoy to do, and hang out with likeminded people
consider challenging your brain with puzzle games, it'll build neural connections
and try to do "active" activities instead of "passive" ones. for example watching TV is passive, but gardening is active
and get into a routine, like when you get up, when you shower, etc
and ofc be drive / motivated by something (god, politics, etc)
