let me use an analogy maybe it will help understand.
a new software is now ready to use in a beta version, all programmers(muh experts) say its working and recommend to install it, you install the software and it literally fucked your OS to the point where it cannot be repaired.
when you send a report they implement an update that it will not happen again, but it happens to other people on other machines in other aspects.
this is science, trial and error over and over again until the product meets the standards.
