hey sci, currently a highschool junior. I really have nothing going for me in terms of sticking out to college admissions other than my test scores.

What activities could I do from now until the end of summer that would give me a boost in that regard?

join your robotics group, send some stupid tennis ball robot to competition. if you win you can even put that on a resume since it shows skill and teamwork or other buzzwords
more importantly, find out from your extended extended family what univerisities they have graduated from. universities still have some of that status quo maintenance atmosphere to them, even if most of it is gone. it is easier to get in if you can say you were inspired by a family member. it just sounds nice on the letter.
get a few credits at a community college if you're so worried about it. the universities know that people who already have a few credits are more likely to finish, that is, more likely to stick around for the full 4 years of anal rape.

like the other anon said, volunteering is also good. join/apply for your school's national honors society if they have one. there are some good subreddits for college application advice, they'll be useful once you start in the process.
for the best universities (top 20ish), if you don't think that you can get in for the field that you want (i.e. CS or Economics or [insert competitive program]), then just apply for a less competitive program and transfer over once you get into the college.
try to start a nonprofit if you can, as well. or like political activism or something. you want your extracurriculars to have a certain "spike" area because universities want well rounded classes, not well rounded students.

This is all good advice. Also had excellent SAT, top GPA in 10+ AP courses, captain of sports team. Wasn't enough for a top school. My feeling is that this was all 'expected.' To get into a top school, you need this baseline (unless you're a minority, lmao) AND MORE. It can be national yo-yo champion, it can be doing research with a university professor (current master's student and we do bring in high school students during the summer), it just has to demonstrate that you have dedication and passion.

Knowing C++ and python won't help unless you can translate it to some useful metric. Maybe programming for your school's robotics club, making some COVID-related app, etc. Taking college courses is good because you can prove it with transcripts.

Overall, look to demonstrate your passion towards something. Heck, it can even be vidya if you're very good at it (top competitive player, speed runner, etc) or do something with your programming.

Good luck! And depending on what you're interested in, grad school / professional school applications are a relatively fresh plate. It's, in a way, like high school all over again.
