Charles Bolden, ex nasa director, has said that SLS will go away in favor of commercial super heavy providers and Starship is the only one viable right now.
Basically everyone that understands rocketry can see starship is the future. Of the knowledgeable people only old space boomers are in denial because they don’t want to lose their gibs.
