Is there evidence that autogynephilia ( a male's propensity to be sexually aroused by the thought of himself as a female.) can be brought about by extreme porn addiction (gradual desensitization and feelings of inadequacy because of penis size) or by feeling unable to compete with other males and so getting back into the sexual market as female?

Or is it just an idiotic idea and it's a hereditary/genetic predisposition?
