I don't mean a vasectomy or castration. I mean the ability to have your penis erect and reach orgasm but NEVER ejaculate

Can a man get excited and keep his penis erect after a radical prostatectomy?

I do not mean to have a permanent erection but to have a normal erection as before the radical prostatectomy

Yes but not if they make a mistake during the surgery. It's a known common complication but not a given that you can't.
