Screencap this, for god sakes please do.
I am an accountant of 12 years. From ages 21 to 33 and dear god I hate everyone in stem.

I'm an internal auditor, my job is to get subcontracted out by my company to other companies to test and rate their risk, governance and efficiency of their internal business controls. I have four qualifications in this field and many of these qualifications take 1-3 years to obtain and are insanely difficult.

I have never audited a single technology / engineer company and met a single normal person. Every engineer or tech guy I've queried or talked with is an absolute sperg.

I have talked with senior engineers with over 20 years in the business who have literally ZERO idea what their supply chain or internal controls are, I've seen robotic parts over $150,000 each that aren't individually tracked or ticketed.

I have talked with senior software engineers with triple masters [comp sci / software engineering / maths] who aren't able to list the software packages they currently have on their systems, I have been told to certify information systems and sub-systems knowing fully well they suck.

I have no idea how anyone age 21+ can have such poor social skills, there are 50 year olds at engineering companies who don't maintain eye contact and stammer like a 9 year old giving a show and tell.

I know for a fact, multi-billion dollar companies have awful safe-gaurds because the engineers/technicians there are literally too stupid to stamp basic sheets and fill out simple orders WHICH IS PART OF THEIR JOB.

I discovered over 11 MILLION FUCKING DOLLARS in lost inventory that was OVER FIVE YEARS OLD and not a SINGLE FUCKING PERSON GOT FIRED.

I know fast food chains that have tighter controls.

Until I am dead, and dear god I hope it comes soon; I will never work for any stem company ever again, as of last year I am actively turning down any contracts to tech companies as all that happens is that I walk in, find 50 problems and they fix 3.
