Why aren't the shadows parallel in this photo on the moon? Doesn't this suggest a local light source?

They are parallel, it's a perspective issue.
Pretty sure you have a lot of photos with visible shadows you've taken yourself with the same effect.

why did you so poorly draw the yellow lines? The bottom one seems suspiciously purposefully draw angled lower than the actual shadow.

how far back is the horizon from the camera in that photo? Shouldn't the terrain be more uneven, breaking up that horizon line?

not really, the horizon line is about the same as the position of the camera (assuming the person taking the photo is standing)

what are the odds of the terrain being flat like that, as in no craters or mountains raising the horizon line?

so are they standing at the edge of some sort of cliff or crater? Why wouldn't these hills have shadows like the terrain on the ground

this can probably be checked by finding the point on the moon where the photo was taken
