Granted, there are billions more because of these same eugenicists in the first place but at least they somewhat know how to tard wrangle most of them. Normally you simply have to up and kill the whole torpid society, or enslave them for generations and destroy their culture/homogeneity before integrating them...but these billionaires take a different approach. The "kill them with kindness" approach.
They meme first world countries as some form of trophy and have their native residents be the upper crust managers (thus alleviating the eugenicists accountability) for poor migrants to liberate themselves from their desolate countries. The smart ones anyway. The dumb ones obviously get to keep their "culture" and stay in their country so long as they reproduce it and slap $9.99 stickers on it for export. That way they aren't slaves, but just dependents so they won't have room to complain.
Once the smart ones learn enough to start hating their country they move onto the next stage of enlightenment. They come to the fires of the land of materialism to get burned out. The complexity and plethora of opportunities and things to do make them addicted, coming back for more due to the higher standard of living they get from it. Meanwhile they still work the slave dependent tier jobs of that country, yet don't bother to notice or care from the high they get and better standard of living. The ones that figure this out either don't give a fuck or become rich themselves and simply continue the cycle and do the same thing. George Soros would be a good example of this.
But the worst case scenario is the rich person who doesn't figure any of the above out at all and is simply a lucky moron.useful idiot. This is the type who will up the anti and put the last human atrocity to shame.
