DCs are present in those tissues that are in contact with the external environment, such as the skin and the inner lining of the nose, lungs, stomach and intestines.
DCs present antigens and initiate the afferent limb, while the other antigen-presenting cells (APCs) mediate the effectors to eliminate the antigen or infection.
DCs can produce protective substances such as cytokines, interferons, chemokines, and antimicrobial peptides.

2.) SARS-CoV-2 first spreads along the lining of your throat and lung and triggers an immune response there and then. When the coronaviruses overcome the mucosal barriers of the upper respiratory tract, the spike proteins are very toxic in blood and tissues.

3.) Therefore, antibodies in the blood-stream are of no use or benefit. A vaccine administered into the system the way moderna, Biontech, AZ or JJ are administered provides no benefit for the immunity provided by DCs. Instead, according to recent in vitro studies, it is even likely that these DCs are reset leading to a lowered immune response.

4.) Why is there no vaxx administered directly to the DCs via nasal or oral vaccine when these are clearly the first line of defense?

Also, children's DCs are highly capable of fighting off SARS-CoV-2. Stop messing with the children you psychopaths.
