Your thoughts on this stack

I started living in a shared apartment this semester and one of the guys is a biochemistry phd student. He is very busy and we barely talked whole semester, but I noticed he is taking some supplements. After observing him for whole semester I finally figured out his whole stack. I asked him about it, but he brushed it off saying it's just for general health. But it is a very interesting protocol. The guy is in good shape and health and from what I know he is one of top students here. I want to see your opinions on his stack. Here it is:
>Vitamin D3 200 000 IU once per month
>Vitamin K2 5gr per day, taken once
>Magnesium Glycinate 600mg, split into 3
>Zinc 60mg, taken once
>Vitamin C 3gr, split into 3
>Glucosamine Sulfate 10mg, split into 2
>Also eats liver pretty much every day. Every time he cooks something, there is a liver in the food. Every time he goes to the market he buys duck/goose liver pate. Obviously he is doing it for vitamin A. What you guys think about it?
