It is not likely that all of the universe is simulated. If we live in a totally perfect simulation then it is not a simulation. I hope it makes sense, it is a paradox in a way.

Talking about it is not smart this is basically sci-fi or religion saying that there is a god is the same thing as saying that we live in a simulation. It is just not scientific.

So basically the simulation hypothesis talks about the existence of god, which is not scientific.
