They had groups with three different proxies for iq (Analogies test, a Synonyms Vocabulary teest, and SAT scores)
which is okay [really more a test of economic power of your parents but whatever]
the question is why did they need to use 3 different definitions of conservatism for the different groups? Smacks of, what do you cool scientists call it, p-hacking, to me?

btw I already consider this study useless because it is using people who took the English as a second language test for grad school admission into the u,s, as a major n base. which of course you are going to catch more liberal view points from people already willing to immigrant, while excluding the smart conservatives that stayed home
