Start taking lower doses, or take doses less often. If youre at like some heroic dose of something daily, you might have to taper for a while. Really you need to schedule an appointment with ur shrink and tell them everything to see how they feel about it. But if youre already at low consumption/near sobriety then talk to your doctor and tell them how the meds make you feel, tell them you wanna try something else because that shit isnt working.

in any case, talk to your psychiatrist. Maybe you need a higher/lower dose, maybe you need different medication. No way to know until you try it.
without medication a relapse is likely. Schizophrenia is a mostly genetic disease that sadly doesn't just go away.

it was worse for me after stopping to use them than before taking them. fucking don´t stop using them. either you just started using them and still have to adjust to not sleep 20 hours a day or you have the wrong meds. ask the doctor for different meds. i use risperidon 2mg and can tell you: without meds it´s way worse

As I understand schizophrenia comes from not being able to interpret some of your spontaneous mental thoughts as yourself, and over time your brain gradually grows more fucked up as a result. Meds just supress your mental capacity so these thoughts stop happening.
Your choice if you want to hear voices and go insane or take meds and be mentally stunted.

I can't say for sure about schizophrenia, but I've had a psychotic episode with paranoia, auditory hallucinations, weird physical sensations ("electrical zaps") that I could only explain with my neighbor using some kind of high voltage device to shock me and him reading my thoughts by measuring the vibrations on the windows (apparently that's a thing, at least for speech). I wasn't entirely convinced it was actually real, but without clear evidence I couldn't bring myself to rule it out either, especially since it tended to stop when I went outside unless I got the impression I was followed...
Anyway, after the hallucinations stopped I was able to just drop the medication for the most part. The hallucinations started coming back a few times every time I stopped after increasingly long intervals (weeks, then months), but were weaker each time and at that point merely annoying, rather than scary since I knew for sure they're not real. A few days of medicating always made them go away again and after a few rounds of that it seems like I'm fine.
If your perceptions and thoughts are strongly affected (mine weren't, other than the hallucinations) to the point you can't tell the difference between reality and hallucination it might be too risky to just drop your meds and see how it goes, but if it's obvious to you I don't see why you can't try to go without. Worst case you have to start dosing again as soon as you notice anything wrong.
If the hallucinations aren't even gone WITH the meds no way it's a good idea to stop taking them. Unless you can tell what is and isn't real and are able to deal with it, which is perfectly doable depending on how severe the symptoms are and how willing you are to live that way.
