It's Saturn, it's not mysterious at all. The coordinates are right on the Ecliptic, which is a big hint. If one looks up the surrounding objects in the IRAS catalogue we find they were observed in on 14-07-1983 around 12:00 UT. Putting this into a virtual astronomy software we see Saturn was right there in this field. The reason it is doubled is because there were two exposures, if you look at the individual exposures you can see the object moving. The arcs are just artifacts which can be seen around other bright objects in IRAS.
The only reason this still gets posted is because /x/ retards never remember the debunking.
