When people get hand or face transplants, this high antigenicity means they require even stronger immunosuppressive drugs than for other types of transplants like heart and kidneys. They therefore have higher risk of severe infection.
Vaginas also hold their shape through a complex network of ligamentous connections through the uterus and onto the pelvis and abdominal wall, which are not really surgically correctable once lost. In real women, hysterectomy increases risk of vaginal prolapse due to loss of structural support
To add to all this, the transplanted vagina would have no or severely reduced sensation and none of the nerve connections that promote normal sexusl response (like lubrication and muscular relaxation).
So a transplanted vagina would be a fragile, heavily scarred, infection-prone tube of insensitive meat. It would be hardly an upgrade from what trannies can already get. That said, I predict that someone will at least attempt this procedure before the decade is out
